CLOUD MALL ships orders within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be fulfilled and will be canceled and refunded.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order details.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping), provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at mesllc2017@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear.

Items that are damaged, used, missing parts, or returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
